Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 4, 2026
Last updated: June 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CrossRoads Marketing LLC ("CrossRoads Marketing," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates the Verified Demand platform ("Verified Demand" or the "Service") at verifieddemand.com, collects, uses, and shares personal information, and the choices and rights you have.

1. How this Policy applies

We operate Verified Demand. We collect information from three groups: visitors to our website; the dealers who are our customers and the individuals who use dealer accounts; and individuals who submit a request for pricing through our form.

When you submit the Verified Demand form, we share your information with the dealer you are requesting pricing from so that the dealer can respond to your request. That dealer — not CrossRoads Marketing — contacts you about your request, and the dealer handles your information under its own privacy practices. Questions about how a dealer uses your information should be directed to that dealer.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide:

  • Form data: the name, phone number, and email address you submit through the Verified Demand form to request pricing.
  • Account and contact data: for our dealer customers, the name, business email, phone number, company, role, and billing details of account users.
  • Communications: messages, support requests, and survey responses.

Information collected automatically:

  • Device and usage data, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

We do not buy personal information from data brokers and do not use third-party data-enrichment services.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Operate, secure, and provide the Service.
  • Connect individuals who request pricing with the relevant dealer.
  • Manage dealer accounts and billing.
  • Communicate with dealers and respond to inquiries.
  • Analyze and improve the Service.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Contact by dealers (TCPA and CASL)

When you submit your information to request pricing, you are asking to be connected with a dealer. The dealer may contact you by phone, text message, or email to respond. Message and data rates may apply to texts. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of any purchase.

The dealer is responsible for obtaining any consent required to contact you and for honoring your opt-out requests. You can ask a dealer to stop contacting you at any time, including by replying STOP to a text. If you believe you are receiving messages you did not consent to, contact the dealer directly, or contact us using Section 14 and we will assist.

5. How we share information

We share personal information with:

  • Dealers, when we connect you with a dealer in response to your pricing request.
  • Service providers such as hosting, analytics, payment processing, and communications providers, under contract and only to support the Service.
  • Legal and safety recipients, to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety.
  • Business-transfer recipients, in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Once we share your information with a dealer at your request, the dealer may use it under its own privacy policy, which may include its own marketing.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Data retention

We keep the personal information we collect for as long as the associated dealer remains an active CrossRoads Marketing client, and for a limited period afterward — generally no longer than two years — after which we delete or de-identify it. We may retain certain records longer where required to comply with legal obligations or to maintain consent and do-not-contact records.

8. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Where we store your information

We are based in the United States and store and process personal information there. If you are located in Canada, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those of your province.

10. Your U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, and delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any available rights, contact us using Section 14. You may use an authorized agent, and we will verify your request before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

California residents may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources and purposes, and the categories of recipients, and may request deletion or correction of that information.

11. Your Canadian privacy rights

If you are in Canada, you may have rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial laws (such as Quebec's Law 25) to access and correct your personal information and to withdraw consent, subject to legal and contractual limits. To exercise these rights, contact us using Section 14. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

12. Information dealers handle

Once we connect you with a dealer, that dealer is responsible for the personal information it holds and for how it contacts and markets to you. If you want to exercise privacy rights over information a dealer holds, please contact that dealer. We will assist the dealer as required.

13. Age requirement

The Service and the Verified Demand form are intended for individuals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
