These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Verified Demand service operated by CrossRoads Marketing LLC ("CrossRoads Marketing," "we," "us," or "our").

1. The Service

Verified Demand provides lead-verification, visitor-identification, and AI-visibility tools for dealerships and related businesses. The specific features available to you depend on the agreement you have with us.

2. Free reports and inquiries

Where we offer a free report or assessment, it is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, and does not create a client relationship. Submitting a request does not obligate you to purchase anything.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or access it in ways not permitted by us.

4. Communications

Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP and request help by replying HELP. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrossRoads Marketing's liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
